FRS Transportation
FRS Transportation provides safe, accessible coordinated transportation services for the residents of Highland County. FRS Transportation is the Dispatch Center for the Highland Area Rural Transportation System (HARTS). FRS Transportation provides transportation to Highland County residents to medical/counseling appointments and job/educational training. This transportation is provided through grant funding received through the Ohio Department of Transportation's (ODOT) Coordination Program and ODOT's Specialized Transportation Program, contractual agreements with the Highland County Department of Job and Family Services, the Highland
County Commissioners, Area Agency on Aging, HIGHCO, Healthcare Pharmacy, Heartland Healthcare Services and Rotary Forms Press Inc. as well as other contractual agreements with other local agencies. Give us a call or visit our website for additional information.
