FRS Counseling and FRS Connections are contract agencies of the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, the Paint Valley Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (Medicaid).

FRS Counseling and FRS Connections are CARF Accredited.
